We needed winter tires for our Ford Focus. This needs the tire pressure sensors in the rims. We received really professional and friendly advice. Several possible tire brands were included in the offers.
Absolutely perfect advice!! I don't know how highly I should praise this staff because I'm not used to anything else!
Staff has no idea!
Even with the registration certificate they couldn't give me the right windshield wiper blade!
Decorative caps didn't fit either - apparently I had the wrong balancing weights (at the ATU the friendly salesman went with me and tried out the wheel caps straight away and it worked straight away!)
Of course, no one wanted to give me any money back at Forstinger, which was completely unfriendly!
Now I have about €39 which I more or less gave away 😡😡😡

I went straight to the advice desk with my admission certificate and didn't start looking myself. Staff friendly and also very helpful. All parts received quickly. Apart from the prices, which are currently going through the roof everywhere, everything is ok.

Yesterday I wanted to return the bike rack I bought a week ago because my husband died unexpectedly. The carrier was assembled once for testing. The seller found damage? I was told I should sell it privately. I'm sure I'll never see this business again, even if it were the only one in this industry.
